Customers are responsible for lawful lead collection, user access, integration configuration, and the accuracy of information sent into InstaChime.
Accounts and Security
Organizations must keep credentials secure, assign appropriate roles, and promptly remove users who no longer need access.
Acceptable Use
The service may not be used to send spam, process unlawful data, interfere with infrastructure, or violate third-party platform terms.
Availability
InstaChime is built for reliable operations, but planned maintenance and incidents may occur. Customer-specific service levels should be stated in the signed agreement.
