Rule
A guide can be published before external testing, but the integration should not be labeled production-ready until a real test from the vendor platform reaches InstaChime and the downstream destination.
- Live vendor test submission generated from the vendor test tool or sandbox.
- InstaChime capture row created with correct source platform and normalized fields.
- Realtime dashboard received the lead.
- Alert delivery row recorded as sent for each configured channel.
- Destination delivery row recorded as sent or retryable failure.
- Duplicate test does not create duplicate operational leads.
- Failure path is tested with a bad destination URL and retry state is visible.
- Evidence is saved: timestamp, lead ID, destination record ID, screenshots or exported logs.
